Pressure cylinders
Our seamless steel cylinders are the perfect solution for your hydrogen storage and transport applications. Our unique technology makes our cylinders much lighter and thus very safe. Their safety has been already proven several times under extreme mechanical or thermal stresses in real applications. They are characterized by a long lifecycle and they are fully recyclable once their service comes to an end. We produce high-pressure cylinders for hydrogen in a wide range of volume (0,8l – 245l)(.211 gallons – 64.7 gallons), diameter (3.26 inches – 15.98 inches) as well as working pressure (1,450 PSI – 15,228 PSI).

Storage Applications
Container MEGC 92 x 166 L - Hydrogen The MEGC (Multi Element Gas Container) is deisgned as mobile or stationary device used for transport, storage and distribution of hydrogen (H2). It is certified for inland and international road transport (ADR), rail (RID). without having to transfer medium to another vessel.
The MEGC comprises of a self-suppoting framework and cylinders are divided into multiple sections via stainless steel piping system.
The frame allows stacking of up to 8 containers. Thanks to chassis design, it is easy to open doors or roof panels and quickly inspect the overall piping system.
Pressure system consists of 92 pcs steel cylinders with water capacity of 166 L/cylinder. Each can be equipped with manually or electrically operated cylinders valves divided in 6 independent sections. Filling and emptying of the container is done through threaded inlet/outlet, it's dimensions and type be changed according to the custumer's requirements and the specific concetion of the high-pressure hose.

Hydrogen trailer for 500 kg H2
New type of trailer - battery vehicle. It has much higher transport capacity than the current solutions thanks to new innovated pressure vessels and the construction solution of the trailer. Trailer is designed for transport of compressed HYDROGEN at working pressure of 200 bar. The gas is stored in transversely and horizontally placed vessels. The total volume of all the cylinders is 30 000 litres, which corresponds all the way up to 500 kg of Hydrogen at 200 bar pressure. For maximum safety the stainless steel piping is welded and consists of 7 sections, each of which has one temperature fuse and pressure valve. The trailer supporting frame is made accoring to ADR 2021 standard and with regards to EN 13087.
